+Welcome to Sandy Shores! Today I present the Sandy Shores Gas Station MLO by HE1T Designs!
+
+This MLO features:
+- A HE1T Crafted layout for the interior that feels authentic to the area; No copy paste of a GTA Interior
+- A Shop Area for customers to RP in
+- An Employee Entrance and Back Room  for employees and deliveries
+- A Management Office for managers to manage
+- A Rest Room for those customers who just can't hold it
+- Audio Occlusions so it does not sound like you are outside, while inside the MLO
+- Original Exterior with some added props to enhance RP, keeping with the world vibes of Sandy
+- Vehicle Generator removed by gas pumps
+- Included Collision files to add compatibility with the separate purchase of Steinway Beer Garden by Smokey: https://smokey.tebex.io/package/4353537
+- Collisions are in a folder and are simply copy and pasted over; Default map does not include the Steinway Beer Garden collisions
+- Uses FiveM Escrow and Tebex License System
+- Pretty sure that's everything!

+PLEASE NOTE:
+The hi@lr_cs4_10_0.ybn collision file may need to be adjusted to make it compatible with other MLOs you may have that share the same file. Due to the amount of possible combinations, I am not going to try to include a bunch of different files to cover all these locations.

+FIVEM INSTALLATION: 
+- Place sandy_gas_station into your resources folder
+- Swap collisions ONLY if using with Steinway Beer Garden
+- Add start sandy_gas_station to your server.cfg
+- Good to go
+
+FIVEM UNINSTALL:
+- Delete sandy_gas_station from resources folder (optional)
+- Delete start sandy_gas_station from your server.cfg
+- Uninstalled
